中央アフリカ独立の指導者・ボガンダが、アフリカ中部の一致を夢見て打ち出したラテンアフリカ構想が実現していたらどうなっていたかを見ていきます（中央アフリカの国旗は、この構想用に作られました）。
中部アフリカでのフランスの拠点だったブラザヴィルに首都が置かれ、アフリカ屈指の大国としての可能性を大きく秘めています。
しかしコンゴ動乱、アンゴラ内戦、バラクーダ作戦、チャド・リビア紛争、ルワンダ内戦、コンゴ戦争が一体化するわけですから、独立後すぐに第二次世界大戦後最悪の内戦が発生していたことは間違いありません。
親米派（モブツ政権）と親ソ派（コンゴ労働党）と親リビア派が対立し、フランスが親リビア派を壊滅させ（史実のバラクーダ作戦が凄惨なものに）、コンゴ労働党がガボン独立派を排除し（史実のガボンは、ラテンアフリカ構想に反対していました）、首都ブラザヴィルではアフリカ史上一番凄惨な市街戦が展開されていたでしょう。
米ソ対立終了後はコンゴ労働党がカビラ派（東部）、デビ派（北部）と一致して中立化し、モブツ政権派を壊滅させて終戦しますが、1000万人を超える死者を出し、アフリカ大戦呼ばわりていることは間違いありません（コンゴ戦争だけで死者は700万人です）。
このように、ボガンダが望んだ中部アフリカの平和は、もし実現していたとしても秒で破綻していたでしょう。
しかし限りある地上の平和と違い、平和の主による平和は永遠です。
これには主キリストの十字架と復活を自分のためのものと信じることで、誰でも絶対に参加できます。
私たちの住まいである地上の幕屋がこわれても、神の下さる建物があることを知っています。それは、人の手によらない、天にある永遠の家です。（第二コリント5:1）

After US-USSR Conflict, CPL united with Kabila Group (Eastern) & Deby Group (Northern), & destroyed Mobutu Administration Group & end the War, but more than 10 Million People were died & be called as Great War of Africa (Only in Congo War, 7 Million People were died).
Like this, Peace that Boganda hoped will be went bankrupt even if it was came true.
But not as Peace in Earth that with limit, Peace by the LORD of Peace is eternal.
Every people can join it by believe Cross & Resurrection of the LORD Christ.
