1949年の現中国政府（中華人民共和国）誕生以来、中国とインドは結構仲良かったんですが、チベットでいろいろあってダライ・ラマ14世（チベット仏教で一番偉い人。仏教第一を標榜するチベット独立派に崇拝されているため、中国政府からウザがられています）がインドに亡命すると、両国はあいつウザい的な感じになって、そしてボコし合いを始めました。
このボコし合いは中国が勝利し、アクサイチン（カシミール北東部）を実効支配する形で終わりましたが、ソ連（1956年くらいから中国と敵対）がインドを支援したり、中国がインドの敵国パキスタンと仲良くなったり、インドが核兵器を開発するきっかけになったりと、南アジア一帯の不安定化を加速させました。

After Establishment of Current Chinese Government (PRC) on 1949, China & India was on good relation, but some troubles were in Tibet & 14th Dalai Lama (Greatest Person in Tibetan Buddhism. Be worshiping by Tibet Independent Group that banner Buddhism First, so Chinese Government annoying him) escaped to India, so both Nations annoyed each other & began beat up each other.
In this fight, China won & ended by Chinese actual control in Aksai Chin (Northeastern Kashmir), but like USSR (Quarreled with China since 1956) supported India & China supported Pakistan Enemy of India, & became the reason of Indian Development of Nuclear Weapons, it make Southern Asia Area destabilized more.
