1943年の独立以来、レバノンはムスリムやキリスト教などがバランスよく共存していましたが、テロ組織PLOが入ってきてイスラエルとマロン派クリスチャン（イスラエルに好意的でした）を攻撃し、内戦を引き起こしました。
これを見たシリアは、レバノンに軍を送り、イスラエルと不可侵を決めました（レッドライン協定）が、マロン派グループ（レバノン軍/ファランへ党）が勝手にシリア軍と戦闘を始め、イスラエルもこれに巻き込まれて首都ベイルートまで進撃し、PLOをチュニジアに追放しました。
この後多国籍軍が介入しましたが、レバノン軍（イスラエルの仲間）とアマル（シリアの仲間）が凄惨な殺し合いをし、この頃現れたシーア派グループ（ヒズボラ）もテロをし、これが嫌になった多国籍軍は撤退したりと、色々ヤバすぎたため、サウジアラビアの仲介で停戦し（ターイフ合意）、反対したグループは壊滅しました。
PLOが引き起こし、レバノンやパレスチナ難民を大きく傷つけたこの内戦は、ヒズボラの誕生と、シリアの影響力拡大をもたらしました。
ヒズボラは南レバノンを拠点にしてイスラエルと敵対し、そこは世界の終わりに東側諸国（ロシア、イラン、シリアなど、この時の反イスラエルグループ）の最期の地になります。

After Independence on 1943, Muslim & Christian & others coexisted in good balance, but Terrorists PLO entered into Lebanon & attacked Israel & Maronite Christian (Favorable to Israel) & began Civil War.
Syria saw it so sent Troops to Lebanon & decided Inviolable with Israel (Red Line Agreement), but Maronite Group (LF/Kataeb Party) began fight with Syrian Army without permission, & Israel was involved it so advanced to Capital Beirut, & expelled PLO to Tunisia.
After that, Multinational Army intervened it, but LF (Ally of Israel) & Amal (Ally of Syria) massacred each other horribly, & Shia Group that appeared this time (Hezbollah) committed Terrorism, so Multinational Army annoyed it & withdrawn & everything was crazy, so ceasefire came true by Intermediation of Saudi Arabia (Taif Agreement), & Group that opposed it was destroyed.
Civil War that be occurred by PLO & injured Lebanon & Palestinian Refugees a lot brought Born of Hezbollah & increased Influence of Syria.
Hezbollah use Southern Lebanon as base & hostile with Israel, & it became the place of the end of Eastern Countries (Anti Israel Group at this time like Russia, Iran, Syria).
