1960年に独立した中央アフリカでは、独立の指導者ボガンダ（周辺諸国と一緒にラテンアフリカを結成したがっていました）の甥、ダッコとボカサがケンカし、ボカサがダッコを追い落とすという、めちゃくちゃな状態でした。
ボカサは独裁をやめさせると言っときながら中央アフリカ史上最悪の独裁を行い、挙げ句の果てには皇帝（ボカサ1世）になり、国民の生活を無視した極度の贅沢、嫌いな人を殺しまくるという始末でした。
旧宗主国フランスに賄賂を贈って地位を保ったボカサ1世ですが、あまりにもヤンチャすぎたのでフランスに見捨てられ、ついにはフランスがダッコを支援し、中央アフリカを制圧しました。
死傷者ゼロでボカサの暴政を終わらせたこの作戦ですが、ソ連はこれを非難しています。
しかしこの作戦を中央アフリカ国民は歓迎したことで、誰も死なずに殺人が終わったわけなので、このソ連のコメントは、ただ欧米を嫌い、非難しているだけのように見えます（もちろんすべての国を、是々非々で見なければいけません）。
なにせ、何の犠牲もなしに暴政が終わり、中央アフリカが新たな道を踏み出したのがポイントですし、今でも混乱が続く中央アフリカですが、そんな彼ら、そしてアフリカ・世界の平和と救いのために、できることをしていきたいものです。

In Central Africa that be independent on 1960, Nephews of Leader of Independence Boganda (Hoped establish Latin Africa with surrounding nations), Dacko & Bokassa quarreled & Bokassa expelled Dacko, so it was so confused and chaos.
Bokassa said stop Dictatorship but he ruled by Worst Dictatorship in Central African History & finally he became Emperor (Bokassa I), & lived with extreme luxury that ignored life of people & killed people he dislike.
He kept his position by send bribes to Former Suzerain State France, but he was so naughty so he was ignored by France also, & finally France supported Dacko & put Central Africa under its control.
This Operation made Tyranny of Bokassa end without any damage, but USSR condemned it.
But Central African people welcomed this Operation so it was end without any damages, so this condemnation by USSR seems that only hate Westerns & condemned them (Of course, we must look every nations by Fair Viewpoint).
At any rate, point is End of Tyranny without any damage & Central Africa paved New Path, & confusion is continuing in Central Africa even now, so I want to do anything for Peace & Salvation of them Central Africa, & Africa, & the World.
For God will bring every deed into judgement, including every hidden thing, whether it is good or evil. (Ecclesiastes 12:14)
