リビアでは1969年以来、カッザーフィーがイスラーム社会主義の独裁体制を敷いてましたが、チュニジアの反政府運動（ジャスミン革命）がアラブ諸国に広がり（アラブの春）、そのノリでリビアでも反政府運動が起き、暴徒化しました。
カッザーフィー政権はこれを鎮圧し、同時に反政府集団（国民暫定評議会/NTC）に政権を譲ろうとしましたが、彼らはカッザーフィーを殺すことしか考えてなかったので、これを拒否しました。
NATOはリビアの石油を奪うために、責任をカッザーフィーになすりつけ、リビアを侵略し、モブツの罪（自由主義を理由にした侵略・虐殺）によってリビアを血で汚しました。
そしてカッザーフィー政権は滅び、カッザーフィーは反政府集団によって殺されました。
カッザーフィーはウガンダや中央アフリカを狂わせ、シエラレオネやリベリアに内戦をもたらすなど、悪さを相当していましたが、同時にリビアを平和で豊かな国にしていました。
彼が反政府運動と衝突したとしても、しなければいけなかったことはモブツの罪を犯すことではなく、仲介だったのです。
この紛争によってリビアがぐちゃぐちゃになっただけでなく、東側諸国の欧米への信頼は消え、両者の対立は再燃してしまったのです。

In Libya, Gaddafi ruled it by Dictatorship of Islamic Socialism, but Anti Government Movement in Tunisia (Jasmine Revolution) was spread into Arab Nations (Arab Spring), so Anti Government Movement took place in Libya by ear of it, & it became riot.
Gaddafi Administration suppressed it & at the same time, they tried to hand over Government to Anti Government Group (NTC), but they rejected it because they only thought about kill Gaddafi.
NATO shifted the blame to Gaddafi to rob Oil of Libya & invaded Libya, & stained Libya with blood by Sin of Mobutu (Invasion & Genocide that Liberalism was used as Indulgence).
So Gaddafi Administration was destroyed & Gaddafi was killed by Anti Government Movement.
Gaddafi committed many evils like made Uganda & Central Africa mad, & brought Civil War to Sierra Leone & Liberia, but at the same time, he made Libya Peaceful & Rich Nation.
Even if he conflicted with Anti Government Group, necessary things is Mediation, not commit Sin of Mobutu.
By this conflict, not only Libya became confused, Trust of Eastern Nations for Westerns was lost & Conflict between both side was heat up again.
