1953年、スターリンが死んだ直後に、東ドイツでみんなにちゃんと給料払えデモが発生し、東ドイツとソ連軍がフルボッコにしました（東ベルリン暴動）。
しかし1956年にフルシチョフがスターリンをディスった（スターリン批判）ことで、スターリン頭おかしい的なノリ（非スターリン化）が一気に東側諸国の間で広がり、そしてその勢いで、ポーランドのポズナンで給料払え運動が起き、ポーランド政府にボコされました（ポズナン事件）。
そんな中で、ハンガリーでは、フルシチョフによって、なんでもスターリンの真似をしていたリーダー・ラーコシがクビにされ、ナジが新たなリーダーになりました。
しかしナジは、ハンガリーの中立化とワルシャワ条約機構（ソ連主導の軍事同盟）脱退を宣言してソ連にブチギレられ、ソ連はナジと賛同者を、市街戦の末ボコしました（ハンガリー動乱）。
そしてソ連に忠誠を通したカーダールによってナジと支持者は一網打尽にされ、結構たくさんの人が国外に逃げました。
これらの事件は、各国政府とその支持者ソ連が、ちゃんと反対派と対話し、譲歩の素地を作っていれば起きなかったものです。
ここに人間の限界があると言えます（所詮神が統治しない限り、こうなる可能性は普通にあります）。

But Nagy declared Neutralization of Hungary & Withdrawal from Warsaw Treaty Organization (Military Alliance that be led by USSR), so USSR angered it and beaten up him with Civilians who supported him after Urban warfare (Hungary Revolution of 1956).
And Kadar who allegianced to USSR beaten up Nagy and supporter, so quite a lot of people escaped to other countries.
These Incidents would never be happened if Every Government and USSR dialoged with Opposites and created Grounds for Concessions.
There is limit of human in these incidents (As long as God don't rule, there 's normal possibility that such incidents will happen).
