第1次チェチェン紛争
1991年、ソ連の将軍だったドゥダエフは、チェチェンの独立を宣言し（チェチェン・イチケリア共和国/CRI）、反乱を起こしてロシア人やクリスチャンを虐殺し始めました。
当然ロシア軍はこれを鎮圧し始めましたが、ソ連滅亡による混乱と軍縮のせいでロシア軍は弱体化しており、テロ組織CRIが住民を人間の盾に使い、被害者を演じて国際社会の同情を買ったせいでロシア軍は実質敗北し、5年間休戦する感じになりました（ハサヴユルト協定）。
しかしドゥダエフはロシア軍により、テロの報復としてこの世から追い出されました。
第2次チェチェン紛争
テロ組織CRIが休戦を破り（ダゲスタン紛争）、ロシア国内でテロをしまくったため、ロシア軍はテロ組織CRIを滅ぼしにかかりました。
バサエフ率いるテロ組織CRIは住民を積極的に盾に使い、そのせいでグロズヌイ（チェチェンの主都。テロ組織CRIはドゥダエフの名前から、ジョハルと呼びました。）がほぼ全部壊されましたが、カディロフ親子がロシア側に寝返り、テロ組織CRIは壊滅しました。
その数年後、バサエフはロシア軍により、数々の悪行に対する報復としてこの世から追放されました。
テロ組織CRIはその悪行の報いを受けて滅びましたが、彼らに降りかかった永遠の報復は、どれだけ悲惨なものだったでしょうか。
だからこそ、主は一人でも多くの人の悔い改めを望んでおられるのです。
たとえその人が、住民を盾にし、地域を不安定化させたあのテロ組織CRIであろうとも。
わたしは悪者の死を喜ぶだろうか。ー神である主の御告げー彼がその態度を悔い改めて、生きることを喜ばないだろうか。（エゼキエル18:23）
1st Chechen War
1991, Dudayev General of USSR before declared Independence of Chechen (Chechen Republic of Ichkeria/ Terrorists CRI), & rebelled & began genocide against Russians & Christians.
Of course Russian Army began to suppress it, but Russian Army became weaker by Confusion & Disarmament after Destruction of USSR, & Terrorists CRI used Residents as Shield & behave as Victims so International Society sympathized for them, so Russian Army was defeated in fact & made truce for 5 Years (Khasavyurt Accord).
But Dudayev was deported from the World by Russian Army as Retribution of Terrorism.
2nd Chechen War
Terrorists CRI broke Truce (War of Dagestan) & committed Terrorism in Russia, so Russian Army began to destroy Terrorists CRI.
Terrorists CRI that Basayev lead use Residents as Shield actively so Grozny (Main City of Chechen. Terrorists CRI called Dzhokhar from the name of Dudayev.) was almost full destructed, but Kadyrov Parents turned to Russia, so Terrorists CRI was destroyed.
Several years later, Basayev was deported from the World by Russian Army as Retribution of Terrorism.
Terrorists CRI was destroyed by Reward against its Wickednesses, but how terrrible was Everlasting Retribution that came down upon them.
That's why the LORD hoping Reconciliation by many people as possible.
Even he or she is Terrorists CRI that use Residents as Shield & destablized Region.
Do I take any pleasure in the death of the wicked? declares the Sovereign LORD. Rather, am I not pleased when they turn from their ways & live? (Ezekiel 18:23)
