第1次リビア内戦でカッザーフィー政権（1969〜2011）が滅んだ後、これまで抑えられてた内紛の続発によって、リビアはぐちゃぐちゃになりました。
そんな中で2014年、ムスリム同胞団などのイスラーム急進派グループが選挙にいちゃもんをつけ、首都を乗っ取りました。
リビア政府は東部トブルクに避難し（リビア国民代議院/トブルク政府）、首都トリポリに籠るイスラーム急進派政権（国民合意政府/トリポリ政府）と衝突し、そこにもっとヤバいイスラーム過激派（ISIL、AQIM）が入り込み、本格的な内戦に突入しました。
トリポリ政府はトルコやカタール、イタリアの支援を受けましたが、内部が結構ぐちゃぐちゃだったのに対し、トブルク政府は、もともと国民の支持が強く、ロシアやフランス、エジプト、サウジアラビア、カッザーフィー政権残党の支援も加わったため、優勢となりました。
またサウジアラビアやエジプトが、湾岸諸国で唯一トリポリ政府を支持していたカタールと4年間（2017〜2021）国交を断絶しました（カタール外交危機）。
この紛争は最終的にトブルク政府が勝った感じの仲直りで終わり、リビアはロシアとトルコが仲良く分け合う感じになりました。
イスラーム過激思想に反対したトブルク政府の勝利という正義が達成された一方で、ロシアとトルコがリビアを傘下に置いたことで、終末への準備が一つ完了しました。

After Destruction of Gaddafi Administration (1969-2011) by 1st Libyan Civil War, Libya became mess up by Internal Quarrels that be suppressed broke out.
In such situation, Islam Radical Group like Muslim Brotherhood insulted Election & took over Capital.
Libyan Government escaped to Tobruk in Eastern (HoR/Tobruk Government) & conflicted with Islam Radicals in Capital Tripoli (GNA/Tripoli Government), & more crazy group (ISIL, AQIM) so Libya entered to authentic Civil War.
Tripoli Government was supported by Turkiye, Qatar, Italy, but their Internal was so confused, on the other hand, Tobruk Government was supported by most of Libyan People. & Russia, France, Saudi Arabia, Egypt supported them, so they gained the upper hand.
And Saudi Arabia & Egypt cut Diplomatic ties with Qatar only nation that supported Tripoli Government in Gulf Nations, for 4 Years (2017-2021).
Finally this Conflict was end by Reconciliation with Victory of Tobruk Government, & Libya was shared by Russia & Turkiye.
Justice that Victory of Tobruk Government opponents of Islam Extreme Ideology was achieved, & one of Preparation for the End was completed by Russia & Turkiye set Libya under their influence.
