第1次印パ戦争
1947年、インドとパキスタンはイギリスから独立しましたが、ジャンムー・カシミール藩王国（インド一帯は藩王国が割拠していました）では、藩王がヒンドゥー教徒でインドへの帰属を望み、住民の80%がイスラーム教徒でパキスタンへの帰属を望みました。
親パキスタン派が暴動を起こし、パキスタンからの民兵を呼び込むと、インド軍も介入し、のちにパキスタン軍も介入して本格的に衝突します。
その後間も無く休戦しましたが、カシミールの40%がパキスタンの実効支配下に、残りはインドが特別自治権を認める形で支配下に置いたのです。
この紛争はただの国境紛争に見えますが、パキスタンがインドに対抗するために同盟国を増やすべく、アフガニスタンのイスラーム武装グループのスポンサーになったりと（これでアフガニスタン内戦が泥沼化しました）、結構たくさんの紛争の元凶となりました。
争いの始めは水が噴き出すようなものだ。争いが起こらないうちに争いをやめよ。（箴言17:14）
1st Kashmir War
1947, India and Pakistan was Independent from UK, but in Princely State of Jammu & Kashmir (In Surrounding of India, many Princely State were in power), Princely was Hindu and hoped belong to India, but 80% of Residents were Muslim so hoped belong to Pakistan.
Pro Pakistan Group riot and called Militia from Pakistan, so Indian Army intervened in it, and Pakistan Army intervened in it also and conflicted genuinely.
Both sides were ceasefire thereafter, but 40% of Kashmir was put under effective control of Pakistan, and remained area was put under control of India with Special Autonomy.
This Conflict looks like just Border Conflict, but like Pakistan became Sponsor of Islamic Armed Group of Afghanistan to increase Allies to resist against India (Cause of this, Afghanistan Civil War turned into quagmire), it became Cause of quite a lot of Conflicts.
Starting a quarrel is like breaching a dam; so drop the matter before a dispute breaks out. (Proverbs 17:14)
